Eating/Diet plan for a midnight worker?
I work sporadic shifts. Usually 4 night shifts and an afternoon shift. Sometimes it is less or more. I was trying to follow the Michael Thurmond 6-week body make-over eating plan, but seem to have a hard time following it, due to the fact that it is so particular and with my odd sleeping patterns.
Some days I sleep from the time I get home for eight hours and up till I go to work. Other days I sleep in the evening, and others I have a few hours in the day and a nap before work. Because of this it is hard to stick with the breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, etc meal plan. Also my days off throw me for a loop because I then sleep at night. I go to a Curves center three times a week. Bike ride at least twice a week for a min of half an hour. I have cut back on my sugar and salt intake. But in three months I have only lost 7lbs.
PLEASE HELP! Any ideas, thoughts, suggestions would be great! Personal plans/ideas, commercial plans (Kellogg’s, slim fast etc). I want to loose 15-20lbs

Michael Thurmond 6wk body makeover//TYPE C body PROGRAM?
I used to have Michael Thurmond 6wk body makeover when my husband was in bootcamp 3 years ago. It worked wonders!!! I have sense then lost the program and gained the weight. I remember I was a TYPE C body. Does anyone have the TYPE C body "diet" menu (portion and amount) plan? Not the recipes or anything, just the TYPE C program. How much of what I should eat. I remember there being a TON of meat and veges.

Michael Thurmond's 6 Week Body Makeover Weight Loss Program?
Does it work? I just started this week...but on day 3 I started to feel a little sick, but I guess it was just my menstrual cycle. I haven't been hungry at all, I usually don't eat that many meals in one day, like maybe 2 so I know its harder to eat 6, and to top it off my food is NASTY! like really really nasty. Does anyone have any suggestions on what i should do? Should I just stop the plan and try working out and add more healthier things to my diet, and try to incorporate 6 smaller meals that I like. I really like the food I eat, I don't eat major sweets, I do eat fast food but I don't really have a problem with relaxing on my intake of it, I also am not really big on soda and juices, My only major problem is I spend to much time in the house and I don't exercise nor do I eat regularly so I cause myself to over eat. I have found myself a workout partner and I am walking my dog more often. So basically should I stick to this makeover or go with my own idea, I'm young and I think it will be a little harder to hang out with my friends and do stuff while being on the strict plan, but I am willing to try and tough it out if I know it's a solid plan, and can actually help me shed some of the recent weight gain.
